Step one in getting your body clock back in sync in a new timezone is ensuring that you are awake and alert during the day. That's where Jetmojo Wide Awake comes in.
We've carefully combined the highest quality ingredients together to create the world's most effective counter to daytime tiredness during travel.
The first and main ingredient of Wide Awake is caffeine. Numerous studies have shown that in addition to providing focus, alertness and energy it is also effective in realigning your circadian rhythm.
We have also added L-Theanine which is commonly found in green tea. This naturally occurring amino acid works synergistically with caffeine to add a layer of mental relaxation, reduced stress and improved working memory (perfect for taking in and remembering your trip!)
To top it off we've included a patented form of black pepper to help improve the absorption of these ingredients and ensure you get the best bang for your buck.See the Scientific Research behind Wide Awake
